How do I cancel my subscription?

• To cancel a subscription, please go to your Control Panel

Why do some videos have Rent Me/Buy Me buttons?

• Many of our videos are provided as Premium videos through Producer accounts. If a producer has uploaded a video, they have set a price for rental of that video. We must honor this price, regardless of subscription status of your account.

The Usercode and Passcode sent to me via Email does not work

• Please use the login information you Signed Up with on the website and ignore the emailed usercodes/passcodes.
